How does All or Nothing work?
Each week, pick one NFL team you think will win. If your team loses, you're eliminated from that league for the season. You can't pick the same team twice. Last player(s) standing win.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a link to set a new password.
How do I join a league?
Ask your league's commissioner for the invite code, then tap "Join League" in the app and enter it. If they sent you an invite link, tapping it will pre-fill the code automatically.
What happens if I miss a week?
Games lock individually as they kick off, so you can usually still pick a later game in the week even if you missed an earlier one. If you miss every game in a week with no pick at all, you're eliminated for that league.
Can the commissioner reinstate someone who was eliminated?
Yes — a league's commissioner can let an eliminated player back in from the Standings screen, or a player can request to rejoin from within the app.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and league data and can't be undone.
Is there real money involved?
No. All or Nothing is a free, bragging-rights pool for friends. The app does not process payments or handle prizes of any kind.
